Welcome to Girl Tale BJD! We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to doll collectors layout across the globe. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock Items: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

  • Pre-order Items: Processing times do not apply to pre-orders. Please refer to the specific product description page for the estimated production timeline (usually 4-6 weeks).

2. Shipping Locations & Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery, we utilize two shipping nodes:

  • For Australian Customers (Shipped from Australia): > * Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (via Australia Post). Order price over $150 can have a free shipping.

    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • For International Customers Outside Australia (Shipped from China Supply Chain):

    • Express Delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days. Order price over$150 can have a free shipping.

    • Standard International (EMS/Postal): 7-15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.

3. Pre-order Shipping & Combined Orders

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

  • If you wish to receive the in-stock items earlier, please place two separate orders or contact us to pay an additional shipping fee for a split shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their destination country. Girl Tale BJD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or issues arising from a buyer's refusal to pay local import fees.
