Refund policy

Order Cancellation: We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
Pre-order Items: After 24 hours, pre-order deposits/orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as each doll is tailor-made to order and production will have already commenced.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for pre-order items due to a change of mind or production delays within the stated timeframe. For in-stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in brand-new, unopened, and original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return international shipping costs.
Defects & Shipping Damage: If your doll arrives with a major defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lunmingclaw@gmail.com with an uninterrupted unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement part or refund accordingly. Normal resin seam lines or minor dust particles inside the body are considered standard characteristics of BJD manufacturing and are not eligible for defective returns.
